Is it normal for a subordinate to do all of the work and the one in charge to get all the reward? I am finding that in the buisness world, that the person who is doing the all of the hard work isn’t the person who is getting the props. Why is this and how does one not “go postal” because of it.

yeah, sadly that is very normal in business. i was once told the best thing you can do is make your boss look incredible – then they either get promoted and it leaves a spot for you to fill, or maybe some other boss notices what you are doing and offers you something better.

but I’m an optimist so I really think stuff like this can work.

oh, and I hated the business world.
